BORNELLA FABRICS SET TO UNVEIL NEW DESIGNS AT THE STITCH FESTIVAL 2024

Sustainable fabric brand, Bornella Fabrics, will be exhibiting at The Stitch Festival 2024 in The Business Design Centre, London, from 21st – 24th March.

Bornella Fabrics is one of just six independent brands hand-picked for a coveted spot in The Indie Biz Village at the show. This market style area gives visitors the chance to shop from emerging small but beautiful craft businesses.

Tanya Brooman, Bornella Fabrics founder, says: “We are so excited to be part of the Indie Biz Village at The Stitch Festival because it’s a great opportunity to remind lots of makers that sustainability doesn’t have to be boring – this sentiment is at the heart of everything we do.

At the show, we’ll be launching our newest design, Superbloom! A riot of colour and flowers, much like a garden in the height of summer, the pattern was designed by the incredible Sholto Drumlanrig, who has produced print designs for Liberty, Dashwood, Boden, Next and Barbour.

Superbloom is available in three distinct colourways, on 100% cotton poplin and OEKO TEX certified, so it’s perfect for dressmaking as well as other crafts.”
Superbloom Fabric, £8 per half metre. Available in:
Colourway 1: Florals set against a black background for 1950s vibes.
Colourway 2: Purples, blues and greens combine to bring to mind gorgeous vintage sheets from the 70s.
Colourway 3: A combination of pink and teal mean this fabric has the 90s written all over it!
