Disabled Visitors

Venue Access

The Business Design Centre is accessible to all via the main entrance on Upper Street. Lifts are then used inside the venue for access to all levels (at the show some lifts will be reserved for wheelchair users only).

Wheelchairs

A limited number of wheelchairs are available on loan for use within the venue. These can be booked in advance by calling our concierge team (0207 288 6475) so when you arrive at the venue this will be ready for you upon proof of identification.

Disabled Parking

There is an underground car park with 8 dedicated blue badge holder bays on level C. Access to the forecourt and street level is through our passenger lift.
The route from the car park to the building is clearly marked inside and outside the lift – the surface is firm and even and the route is adequately lit in the hours of darkness.

For dropping off in vehicles, we should be able to give access onto the forecourt through the security point. Please contact our front of house team in order to confirm that this will be possible on the day you wish to visit: 0207 288 6475.

Tickets

Disabled visitors are able to purchase tickets using the concession price. Carers attending with disabled visitors are entitled to free entry to the Show. To request a carer ticket, get in touch via thestitchfestival@seetickets.com with your name, order number and the reason for requesting a carer ticket form. Carers accompanying a VIP ticket holder will be allowed access to the VIP lounge but are not entitled to any additional benefits associated with the VIP package.

Please be aware that Saturday is a particularly busy day and access to some of the stands will be restricted.

Important Ticket Information – Covid-19

That said, our number one priority is to ensure we protect the health and wellbeing of our visitors and exhibitors, and we will closely follow the government and their medical advisers’ recommendations to ensure we do this.

If the show is unable to go ahead we will issue a refund for all tickets and workshops booked via See Tickets, (if you booked through a third party please contact them directly). We won’t take risks with your safety and we will do as the Government advises.
