Join author, maker and workshop host, Christine Leech and her Sewyeah Social Club at this year’s Stitch Festival. Be inspired by her quirky, colourful and fun crafts. Learn new sustainable and upcycling craft techniques. Take part in a giant embroidery challenge or at the very least learn to make a pompom. With demonstrations, Make & Take workshops and a lot of crafty chat, the Sewyeah Social Club is not to be missed!

Her work now brings its designs out of the Luxury stores and into your homes by transforming the brand to Make- it-Yourself, transforming her designs into patterns and kits, championing craftmanship and Slow Fashion. More than just creating beautiful garments, she creates playful experiences that encourage and champion social and environmental change. Running a wide range of workshops and events which let you interact and engage with our designs, sharing skills and knowledge on textile crafts.

The Fibre Lounge

Yarn aficionados. Crochet connoisseurs. Wool sniffers and skein squishers. Crochet designer Louisa Sheward aka The Fibre Lounge will be exhibiting a crocheted living room at The Stitch Festival. Join The Fibre Lounge to immerse yourself in their world of crochet, learn the basics or bring along a project you are stuck on for some advice.

Important Ticket Information – Covid-19

We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors The Stitch Festival in February for what promises to be a great event. That said, our number one priority is to ensure we protect the health and wellbeing of our visitors and exhibitors, and we will closely follow the government and their medical advisers’ recommendations to ensure we do this.

If the show is unable to go ahead we will issue a refund for all tickets and workshops booked via See Tickets, (if you booked through a third party please contact them directly). We won’t take risks with your safety and we will do as the Government advises.
